Onchain Summit 2025

Another adventure for the books. I just got back from my first Onchain Summit event, and it was something truly special. After meeting Rachel from Onchain Media back in NYC, I’d been following all the exciting things happening on Base. When I heard Kevin speak about the event and invite builders to get involved, I decided to go for it. I bought a ticket, applied for demo day… and to my surprise, Gladiator was accepted to showcase. That was monumental. I spent the entire month preparing print media, merch, and a massive update to the game’s core mechanics while introducing a new universe that will push the project even further.

There’s a lot to process. So many great people and good vibes. It was an intimate, relaxed space where Kevin, Priscilla, Roor, Dimes, Film3, the speakers, and the staff were all incredible hosts… treating us like gold and putting on a one-of-a-kind event. I’ve been to a lot of conferences, but this one was different.

Networking, amazing conversations, hackathon, demo hall, casino night, concert, film festival, merch experience, hidden surprise art mints… yeah, it was unforgettable.

Gladiator’s showcase was a huge success. Everyone who experienced the game was wildly supportive, full of ideas, and excited to collaborate. Kids came back to the booth again and again throughout the day. Visitors walked away with merch and POAPs. We made a real impression… and that was exactly the goal.

While Gladiator lives in the digital world, I believe its power is in bringing people together in real life. One day, it will be able to change the world and do real public good. Slowly but surely, this wild experiment I started two years ago is becoming a dream come true.

Special thanks to everyone who keeps pushing me forward… my family, my team, my friends, the community, play testers, and all supporters. The future is bright.
