Working with the team at Volum8, I led the accessibility initiative for Cogito Corp. This project was focused on improving the overall accessibility of their application to achieve WCAG Level AA compliance. Working closely with their senior engineers, I conducted comprehensive audits, provided detailed documentation, and delivered hands-on training sessions, utilizing my WebAIM Accessibility Certification. My responsibilities included identifying and resolving accessibility issues to ensure the application was usable for all users, including those with disabilities.
Through collaborative efforts, we implemented best practices and accessible design principles, significantly enhancing the user experience. The result was a more inclusive, compliant, and user-friendly platform that supports Cogito’s mission of leveraging AI to improve customer and employee interactions in contact centers.
